What is necessary for confirm a booking?

When a client ask us to book or reserve a property, we will ask for a booking leading name, number of people (descriminating the babies, children and adults), check in date, check out date, which property and ifthe clients have any extra request.

What is the deposit amount?

Normally is 30% of the total booking amount. But conditions may be diferrent from property to property. When asking to book, we will send you the correct % amount.

When I have to Pay the Remaining value?

Normally is up to 14 days before arrival. But conditions may be diferrent from property to property. When asking to book, we will send you the correct payment dates.

I need to cancel my booking, will I have a full refund?

Most of the cancelation can be cancel free of charge when cancelled up to 45 days before arrival and after this date may have some cancellation fees.
